Sold will have a clear definition of condition. Details as follows:

New = Full warranty onsite or return to base, for one to three years according to manufacturer and product supplied.

Ex-demo = Some of first year warranty left and remainder of second or third year where applicable.

Second User = No direct warranty with manufacturer, but depending on product and age further warranty
may be available, but we are happy to offer a 90 day facility on all goods sold as standard.

End Of Line = These products may not be recognized or readily available as a current part or product, with the description and part number provide, but can be brand new with
full or remainder of warranty with the manufacturer. We will offer a minimum 90 day return to base warranty on goods supplied.

Obsolete = The product may be second user or new in original box and packaging, but are longer recognized as a current line, normally we will
offer a 90 day return to base warranty on goods supplied.

All prices listed are exclusive of UK VAT charges, and prices are subjected to E&OE and availability.

Payment Terms:

Cleared funds by telegraphic transfer, bankers draft, or cheque with order.

Payment on account is usually by arrangement with our existing customers.

Orders placed online through our Webb site will have an automatic purchase/reference number generated. When contacting us please use this number,
or if you have added your own order number as well, for easy reference please quote this number also.

All completed orders will receive a valid invoice with our full VAT details, once the purchase is completed and delivered.
We can supply a Proforma invoice for customers, who require further details for there internal or accounts department prior to the completion of there placed order.

All products remain the sole and full legal property of Active Data Solutions until paid for in full.

With the all products purchased through our Webb site all your details, and our contact details will be E-mailed to you directly.

We will be implementing a credit card service in the near future for more ease of use for our new and existing customers here in the UK and Abroad.

No customer details received are shared for use by any other third party or company other than Active Data Solutions.
